Scope is realistic for one quarter at one day per week of leadership attention Monthly outputs are specific (“a written comparison of three CRM platforms, with a recommendation” — not “research the options”) No missing external dependencies in Month 2 or 3 Implementation has a clear definition of done Adjustments agreed by the GLT

If the initiative is too large for one quarter: scope it down, or define this quarter as Research only with Prototype and Implement scheduled into the next.
