Strategy Map pre-mortem
Run this as soon as the draft map is done, before anyone leaves. Ten minutes of individual reflection, then fifteen minutes of GLT discussion. Imagine it is three years from now and the scaling strategy has failed. Why did that happen? Consider leadership behaviour, capability gaps, execution discipline, cultural resistance and financial constraints.
Share your answers, then identify the three risks that appear most frequently across the team.
