November intake bookings cannot be refunded after 23:59 UK time on Monday 2 November 2026.

All prices exclude VAT: businesses in the UK and the Isle of Man pay VAT at 20 per cent on top; businesses elsewhere pay no UK VAT. There are no instalments.

- Lifetime access, for as long as the course runs, with every update for twelve months
The refund rule.
A full refund if you ask within 14 days after you pay and by 23:59 UK time on Monday 2 November 2026, seven days before Day 1. After that there is no refund, but you can move your place to the next intake once, on the same notice. A booking for this intake made after that time has no refund.
What happens next
The course opens to you as soon as you have paid, so you can start the orientation and Phase 0 the same day. By Wednesday 4 November 2026, or by the next working day if you book after Monday 2 November, we will email you your group, its lead and the Zoom link, and send you an invitation to our Slack community, which Viktor, the AI assistant, runs for us.
