Define simple, repeatable processes for key parts of the business. One sheet per critical process. Keep it short enough to be read and followed under working conditions.

Outputs and Ownership

Output (what exists at the end that confirms the process is complete?)

Owner (single accountable person, by name)

Quality standard (what does done properly look like?)
