A single view connecting each priority risk to the process that mitigates it and the person accountable for that process. This is the central document reviewed at each GLT quarterly session.
Key Principle
Any risk that appears on this map without a mitigating process is an unmanaged risk. The GLT must decide: create a process, accept the risk explicitly, or transfer it.
