The Cohort, plus two one-to-one calls with Felix and a group call with him once a month for six months

Three things, all run by Felix: a 45-minute one-to-one kick-off call, within 14 days after you pay; a 90-minute group call for your Inner Circle cohort once a month for six months, six calls in all, built on the questions its members send in; and a second 45-minute one-to-one call after the six weeks. The rest is the Cohort: the full course, a 90-minute group call every Tuesday for six weeks run by a programme lead, peer review and the Slack community. You book it the same way as the Cohort, on this page.

Your programme lead runs the weekly group calls, every Tuesday for six weeks. The leads are the four who lead the Cohort’s groups, Jess Tyrrell, Marcus Elliott Brown, Mark Homer and Jim Sterne, and one of them runs all six of your cohort’s weekly calls. Felix does not run them. Felix runs the rest. Two of his calls are one to one, just you and him: the kick-off and the second call after week 6, 45 minutes each. His other six calls are group calls for your Inner Circle cohort, one a month, 90 minutes each. In all you have 14 live calls: six with your lead and your cohort, six with Felix and your cohort, and two with Felix alone.

For two calls. Your time with Felix on your own is the kick-off and the second call after week 6, 45 minutes each. Everything else happens with your cohort.

The first Inner Circle intake starts with the Cohort on Monday 9 November 2026. Bookings close at 23:59 UK time on Sunday 8 November 2026, or sooner if all four Inner Circle cohorts fill. Bookings for the November intake made after 23:59 UK time on Monday 2 November 2026 cannot be refunded; earlier bookings can be refunded within 14 days after you pay and at least 7 days before your kick-off call. Book your one-to-one kick-off call with Felix within 14 days after you pay, before Day 1 if you can; if you book your place close to Day 1, it may fall in week 1 or week 2. The monthly group calls with Felix run to April 2027.

Weekly group calls, with your programme lead: Tuesdays, 90 minutes on Zoom, for six weeks from Tuesday 10 November to Tuesday 15 December 2026. UK and Europe cohorts meet at 12:00 London time (13:00 in Paris, 07:00 in New York), and Americas cohorts at 16:00 London time (11:00 in New York, 08:00 in San Francisco). When a time has 20 bookings, the checkout offers a second time for that region in its place: 10:00 London time for the UK and Europe (11:00 in Paris, 05:00 in New York), or 18:00 London time for the Americas (13:00 in New York, 10:00 in San Francisco). You choose your time when you book.

Kick-off call with Felix, one to one: within 14 days after you pay, and before Day 1, Monday 9 November 2026, if you can. If you book your place close to Day 1, it may fall in week 1 or week 2.

Monthly group calls with Felix, with your cohort: six, one a month, at the same London time as your cohort’s weekly calls, and never on the same day as a weekly call. The first is in week 3, the week of Monday 23 November 2026, and the last in April 2027. While the six weeks run, a week can have two group calls: the weekly call and the monthly call. Felix sets their dates before Day 1. From Sunday 14 to Saturday 27 March 2027, US clocks have gone forward and UK clocks have not, so a call in that fortnight is one hour later than usual in New York and San Francisco.

Second one-to-one call with Felix: after week 6 ends on Friday 18 December 2026, and before your cohort’s last monthly call.

We will email you your cohort, its lead and the dates of the monthly calls by Wednesday 4 November 2026, or by the next working day if you book after Monday 2 November 2026.

A week before each call we will email you to ask for them. Send yours to hello@scaleatspeed.com by 18:00 London time two days before the call. Felix builds the call on the questions members send in and answers them in front of your cohort, as many as the 90 minutes allow. Any he does not reach go first on the next monthly call. Tell us if you would rather he did not say whose question it is. Please use roles or initials for your staff, clients and prospects, and leave out their names. If you cannot join, the recording has his answers.

After the six weeks. In week 6 we will email you a link to book 45 minutes with Felix on Zoom, for any time after Friday 18 December 2026 and before your cohort’s last monthly call in April 2027. By then you have worked through the course with your cohort, so the call is for the issues specific to your business. If you have not had it by your cohort’s last monthly call, it lapses, and there is no refund for it.

Up to 20 founders, and an intake has up to four Inner Circle cohorts, each with its own programme lead (one of the four who lead the Cohort’s groups), its own weekly group calls and its own monthly group calls with Felix. The Inner Circle cohorts are separate from the Cohort’s groups, and each meets at the call time its members chose when they paid, one cohort at each time. When a time has 20 bookings, the checkout offers a second time for that region in its place: 10:00 London time for the UK and Europe (11:00 in Paris, 05:00 in New York), or 18:00 for the Americas (13:00 in New York, 10:00 in San Francisco). If more people book one time than its cohort can take before the checkout changes, we ask whether any of them will move to another time; if not enough do, the last to book choose between a place on the next intake and a full refund.

A cohort runs with six members or more. If fewer than six people choose your call time, we tell you by Wednesday 4 November 2026, and you choose one of three: a cohort at another time, if one runs, with the recording of every call, so you can watch any call you cannot join; a place on the next intake; or a full refund. If no call time in your tier reaches six but two together do, we first offer everyone at both times one cohort at the time more of them chose, with the recording of every call; it runs if six or more of them take it.

We record every group call, weekly and monthly, so you can watch one you miss. We say so before each call and again at its start. If you would rather not be recorded on a group call, you cannot join it live, but you still get the recording. We record your two one-to-one calls with Felix too, unless you ask us not to.

Your cohort, its lead and our course team can watch your cohort’s group call recordings; your one-to-one recordings are for you and the course team. We delete them all 90 days after your cohort’s last monthly call with Felix.

If we move a call to another day or time, we tell you as early as we can, and you get its recording if you cannot join it. If we cancel a group call, weekly or monthly, we run it at another time or give you a place on the matching call of the next Inner Circle intake. If we cancel a one-to-one call, we offer you another time. If we cannot do either, we refund a share of the fee for that call. The course terms give the sum.

Nothing is lost: the course stays open to you for as long as we run it, and your monthly group calls with Felix go ahead on their dates, each with a recording. If you fall behind, you can join the weekly calls and the channel of the next Cohort intake once, at no charge, if it has a free place. That does not add group calls with Felix or another one-to-one call.

The Inner Circle costs £2,999 + VAT for businesses in the UK and the Isle of Man, who pay in pounds with VAT at 20 per cent on top, and $3,999 for businesses elsewhere, who pay in US dollars and pay no UK VAT. You pay in full at checkout. There are no instalments.

A full refund if you ask within 14 days after you pay and at least 7 days before your kick-off call. If you book the kick-off for a time less than 7 days away, the refund period ends when you book it. The same rule applies if your kick-off falls after Day 1. After that there is no refund, including for calls you miss or do not book, but you can move your place to the next Inner Circle intake, once, if you tell us at least 7 days before your kick-off. Bookings for the November intake made after 23:59 UK time on Monday 2 November 2026 cannot be refunded; earlier bookings follow the refund rule above.

If we cancel a call and cannot run it at another time, we refund a share of the fee for it. The course terms give the sum.

Pay the full price for the Cohort or the Inner Circle. If you bought Solo in the 14 days before, we will refund what you paid for Solo. If you bought Solo before your new tier went on sale, you have 14 days from the day it went on sale. Email hello@scaleatspeed.com once you have paid, and we will arrange it. Your access to the course carries on without a break.

Each place is for one person. A colleague who wants to take part buys a second place and chooses the same call time, so you are in the same cohort.

The course, for as long as we run it, with every update for twelve months. Your cohort’s channel in the Slack community stays open until Sunday 17 January 2027, 30 days after week 6. After that you stay in the community, including the Inner Circle’s shared channel, which members of every Inner Circle cohort use, for as long as we run the course. Questions for the monthly calls with Felix go by email, so they do not depend on a channel.

In your group’s channel, the members of your group, its lead, Felix and our team; in the community’s shared channels, every member of the community. Viktor, the AI assistant that runs the community for us, reads the messages in the channels it is in, so that it can answer practical questions and keep things in order. It trains no AI model on them.

Please keep the names of your staff, clients and prospects out of the channels: use roles or initials. The privacy notice has the detail.

It is for founders who want everything the Cohort gives, and Felix’s view of their own business as well: one to one at the kick-off and again after the six weeks, and on their cohort’s questions in a group call once a month for six months.

Choose your weekly call time at checkout and pay. Your place is confirmed at once, and the confirmation page and email give you the link to book your one-to-one kick-off call with Felix. The booking asks three short questions: Company name, revenue and headcount, and where you are based. We will email you the link for your second one-to-one call in week 6.

You get a receipt when you pay. If your business is in the UK or the Isle of Man, you also get a VAT invoice within 30 days after the day you pay.
