Questions before you buy

Most questions about the course, the price and VAT are answered on the questions page. If yours is not, email us and tell us a little about your business.

Trouble logging in

Use “Forgot your password?” on the log-in page first. If that does not work, email us and say which address you used at checkout.

Refunds

Solo has a fourteen-day refund, no questions asked. Email us within fourteen days after the day you bought it. We will refund the whole fee to the payment method you used, within fourteen days after you ask.

For the Cohort and the Inner Circle, we will refund the whole fee if you ask within fourteen days after you pay and at least seven days before your kick-off, which for the Cohort is Day 1 of your intake. The Cohort and Inner Circle pages give the detail.

VAT invoices

Businesses in the UK and the Isle of Man get a VAT invoice within thirty days after they pay. If the checkout did not ask for your business name, address and VAT number, send them to us. If you need another kind of invoice, ask.

Complaints

Email us, or write to us at the registered office below. We will do our best to put things right. If we cannot resolve it, we will give you our final answer in writing.
