Cohort · six weeks, guided

Work through the course in six weeks, with a group

The Cohort is the Scale at Speed course with a group around it. For six weeks you meet the same founders and the same experienced programme lead every Tuesday for 90 minutes, work through one phase of the course each week, and put what you produce in front of people who are doing the same thing to their own businesses.

The first intake starts on Monday 9 November 2026. Bookings close at 23:59 UK time on Sunday 8 November 2026, and the refund period ends at 23:59 UK time on Monday 2 November 2026.

The six weeks

One phase a week, with the same group every Tuesday

Before each call you work through that week’s modules: about five hours a week, the call included. On the call, the lead takes the group through the phase and the work each of you has done. During the week, each member posts one workshop output in the group’s channel, and two other members and the lead reply to it.

Week 3 · Tuesday 24 NovemberPhase 2 · The MapM7 to M9

Week 5 · Tuesday 8 DecemberPhase 4 · The GrowthM13 to M17
Week 6 · Tuesday 15 DecemberPhase 5 · The BreakthroughM18 to M20

Week 1’s work, Phase 0, comes before the first call: about three hours between your joining email and 18:00 London time on Sunday 8 November 2026. If you book after Monday 2 November, you have until Friday 13 November. Week 6 ends on Friday 18 December 2026. The course stays open to you after that, for as long as we run it.

The calls

Tuesdays, 90 minutes, on Zoom

UK and Europe groups

12:00

London time, on Tuesdays: 13:00 in Paris, 07:00 in New York.

Americas groups

16:00

London time, on Tuesdays: 11:00 in New York, 08:00 in San Francisco.

You choose your call time when you book. When a time has 20 bookings, the checkout offers a second time for that region in its place: 10:00 London time for the UK and Europe (11:00 in Paris, 05:00 in New York), or 18:00 for the Americas (13:00 in New York, 10:00 in San Francisco). We tell you your group and its lead by Wednesday 4 November 2026, or by the next working day if you book after Monday 2 November 2026. Every call is recorded, so a call you miss is not lost.

The groups

Up to twenty founders in a group

A group has up to 20 members, who all chose the same call time, and each call time has one group. When a time is full, the checkout offers a second time for that region instead, so an intake has up to four groups. If more people book one time than its group can take before the checkout changes, we ask whether any of them will move to another time; if not enough do, the last to book choose between a place on the next intake and a full refund.

A group runs with six members or more. If fewer than six people choose your call time, we tell you by Wednesday 4 November 2026, and you choose one of three: a group at another time, if one runs, with the recording of every call, so you can watch any call you cannot join; a place on the next intake; or a full refund. If no call time in your tier reaches six but two together do, we first offer everyone at both times one group at the time more of them chose, with the recording of every call; it runs if six or more of them take it. At 80 bookings the intake is full.

Each place is for one person. A colleague who wants to take part buys a second place and chooses the same call time, so you are in the same group.

The leads

Your group has a programme lead for all six weeks

The leads are qualified 2Y3X programme leads and Scale at Speed consultants. Each group has one lead, who runs its calls and replies in its channel.

Recording and Slack

Every call is recorded, and the community stays open

We record every call, so that the advice stays consistent from one call, and one consultant, to the next, and so that you can catch up on a call you miss. We tell you before each call and again at its start. If you would rather not be recorded, you cannot join that call live, but you get the recording. Your group, its lead and our course team can watch the recordings, and we delete them 90 days after your group’s last call.

Your group has its own channel in our private Slack community, open until 30 days after week 6, and you stay in the community for as long as we run the course. Viktor, an AI assistant, runs the community for us: it keeps the channels in order and answers practical questions, and to do that it reads the messages in the channels it is in. It trains no AI model on them. Please keep the names of your staff, clients and prospects out of the channels, and use roles or initials.

Questions

When does it start, and when do bookings close?

Day 1 of the first intake is Monday 9 November 2026, and the six weeks end on Friday 18 December 2026. Bookings close at 23:59 UK time on Sunday 8 November 2026, or sooner if all 80 places go. November intake bookings cannot be refunded after 23:59 UK time on Monday 2 November 2026.

How big is a group, and what happens when more people book?

Up to 20 in a group, and one group at each call time. You choose your time when you book. When a time has 20 bookings, the checkout offers a second time for that region in its place: 10:00 London time for the UK and Europe (11:00 in Paris, 05:00 in New York), or 18:00 for the Americas (13:00 in New York, 10:00 in San Francisco). So an intake has up to four groups, 80 places in all.

When are the calls, and in which time zone?

On Tuesdays, for 90 minutes on Zoom, for six weeks from Tuesday 10 November. UK and Europe groups meet at 12:00 London time, which is 13:00 in Paris, 07:00 in New York. Americas groups meet at 16:00 London time, which is 11:00 in New York, 08:00 in San Francisco. When a time has 20 bookings, the checkout offers a second time for that region in its place: 10:00 London time for the UK and Europe (11:00 in Paris, 05:00 in New York), or 18:00 for the Americas (13:00 in New York, 10:00 in San Francisco). You choose your time when you book, and we tell you your group and its lead by Wednesday 4 November 2026, or by the next working day if you book after Monday 2 November 2026.

What if I miss a call? Are the calls recorded?

Every call is recorded, so you can watch one you miss. We say so before each call and again at its start. If you would rather not be recorded, you cannot join that call live, but you still get the recording.

Your group, its lead and our course team can watch your group’s recordings. We delete them 90 days after your group’s last call.

What if I fall behind?

Nothing is lost: the course stays open to you for as long as we run it. If you fall behind the group, you can join the calls and the channel of the next Cohort intake once, at no charge, if it has a free place.

How do I pay?

In full, at checkout, in pounds or US dollars. There are no instalments. Businesses in the UK and the Isle of Man pay in pounds, with VAT at 20 per cent on top. Businesses elsewhere pay no UK VAT.

What is the refund rule?

A full refund if you ask within 14 days after you pay and by 23:59 UK time on Monday 2 November 2026, seven days before Day 1. After that there is no refund, including for calls you miss, but you can move your place to the next intake, once, if you tell us by the same time. November intake bookings cannot be refunded after 23:59 UK time on Monday 2 November 2026.

If we cancel a call and cannot run it another time, we refund a share of the fee for it. The course terms give the sum.

I bought Solo. How does the upgrade credit work?

Pay the full price for the Cohort or the Inner Circle. If you bought Solo in the 14 days before, we will refund what you paid for Solo. If you bought Solo before your new tier went on sale, you have 14 days from the day it went on sale. Email hello@scaleatspeed.com once you have paid, and we will arrange it. Your access to the course carries on without a break.

Can a colleague join?

Each place is for one person. A colleague who wants to take part buys a second place and chooses the same call time, so you are in the same group.

How long do I keep Slack and the course?

The course, for as long as we run it, with every update for twelve months. Your group’s channel in the Slack community stays open until 30 days after week 6, and you stay in the community for as long as we run the course.

What does the Inner Circle add?

Three things, all run by Felix: a 45-minute one-to-one kick-off call, within 14 days after you pay; a 90-minute group call for your Inner Circle cohort once a month for six months, six calls in all, built on the questions its members send in; and a second 45-minute one-to-one call after the six weeks. The rest is the Cohort: the full course, a 90-minute group call every Tuesday for six weeks run by a programme lead, peer review and the Slack community. You book it the same way as the Cohort, on the Inner Circle page.

Do I get a VAT invoice?

You get a receipt when you pay. If your business is in the UK or the Isle of Man, you also get a VAT invoice within 30 days after the day you pay.

Who can read the Slack channels?

In your group’s channel, the members of your group, its lead, Felix and our team; in the community’s shared channels, every member of the community. Viktor, the AI assistant that runs the community for us, reads the messages in the channels it is in, so that it can answer practical questions and keep things in order. It trains no AI model on them.

Please keep the names of your staff, clients and prospects out of the channels: use roles or initials. The privacy notice has the detail.
